Growing in knowledge of God's word...
We believe that the Word of God is complete and without error. It is more than a book, it is the instructions for life, the road map for our journey, and our ever present help in time of need. All a person needs to learn about obtaining eternal life and living a righteous life is contained within the Scriptures. Knowing this, we see it as crucial for all to gain a proper understanding of God's Holy Word. One of the ways we do this is by sound teaching from faithful and diligent teachers. Here at VBC we have several classes designed to meet the specific needs you might have in your walk with God.
ADULTS SUNDAY MORNING LESSONS

Our adult class is led by the knowledgable
Brother Gary Dyess. Assistant to the Pastor,
Brother Dyess carefully examines each book
of the Bible verse by verse. This in depth,
expository style of teaching allows students
to gain knowledge of the entire Bible and
answers questions often left unanswered. We
praise the Lord for Brother Dyess' devotion to
the word of God and desire to see the body
of Christ edified.
(10:00AM - 10:50AM in the Sanctuary)
CHRIST-CENTERED RELATIONSHIP CLASSES

Join Brother Pat and Sister Kelly in the back
room of the Fellowship hall for a class geared
specifically toward developing your
relationship with your spouse/significant
other through Biblical principles and sound
scripture. This class is designed to benefit
singles as well as married couples. Come join
in the fellowship and learning!
(10:00AM - 10:50AM in the Fellowship Hall)
YOUTH MOVEMENT

The teens meet in the portable building behind the
fellowship hall for Sunday school. And are taught by
Brother Chance Carter. We
are looking forward to having Brother Chance work with
the youth and are excited about what the future will bring
for the teens Sunday school class.

Our Junior Church is made up of children from 3yrs to 12yrs.
Brother Darris Miller is our Junior church Leader.
Brother Miller believes very strongly that children must be taught to
walk with the Lord from a very young age. It is this vision, along with a
great burden for every child that helps him to prepare for classes.
PRIMARY CLASSES

Our younger children are divided into classes
according to their school age. We have a
nursery for children 2 and under. We have
classes for 3-5 year olds, 1st-3nd graders,
and 4th-7th graders. These classes are
taught by very loving and faithful members of
our church.
